I am currently seeking funding to build a prototype.Technical information will not be available under any circumstances due to the nature and sensitivity of this device.I will,however,provide quarterly reports on the progress of initial testing,applications,and final analysis of all data.Joint ownership of patent rights is acceptable,under a conditional usage agreement to be drawn up at a later date.
As it now stands,data indicates potential for unlimited power source with as yet undiscovered applications.
